“I was a little bit uncertain about the colours of my chosen rug but once in place, I absolutely love the bold pattern and bright colours. It totally makes my lounge a cosy place to while away some relaxing time.”

“Very very pleased with the rug I ordered, exactly like the picture, good quality and just about perfect. Customer Service very good, I kept changing my mind on which rug I wanted and customer service immediately cancelled my order and I was refunded on the spot. No question. I will certainly use Modern Rugs when I need another rug.”

“We bought a large pile rug and it met all our expectations, we usually buy a new rug annually and will be shopping here for our next one guaranteed. Standard Delivery took a little longer than anticipated but this wasn’t an issue, maybe consider paying for express delivery at checkout if you’re in a rush.”

“Amazing range of rugs and sizes available along with great customer service. When the size i wanted wasn't in stock, I filled in a quick contact us form and received an email letting me know it would be in stock in 6 weeks. Placed my order and it was shipped as soon as it came into stock. To add to this once the order was placed, they emailed explaining again that it wouldn't be in stock for 6 weeks. They then sent links to several other rugs which were similar and in stock if i wasn't willing to wait. It came when they said it would without any issues. Couldn't be happier with my experience with Modern Rugs and will 100% be using them again.”

“Loved my rug. Colour and design perfect. Got informed on delivery day. Would have liked a time slot from UPS. Just had to wait in all day. But that’s the only complaint.”

“Superb delivery, very well wrapped and we live our new rug!!! Celestial sea life rug fits modern contemporary interior however it could equally be at home in a traditional home. The colours mean in co ordinates with anything we introduce.”
