“steven fox 7:18 AM (4 minutes ago) to no-reply We bought a glass coffee table from you at least 2 years ago. Is this the piece you are now asking about? As it happens, we do have a complaint. It scratches very easily so you can see these subtle and not so subtle lines on it from placing a plate or glass or even a dog's paw and nail on it. Frustrating for such an expensive piece. There was something online that looked exactly like your piece that was half the price and given the scratches, we do have some buyer's remorse.”

“Curt is quite friendly and helpful. But the first sofa I got was discontinued because of a design flaw. We arranged for me to return that sofa and purchase a different one. Within six months the cushions were unsupported by straps that could not hold any weight. After 18 months a so-so solution was found with metal bars. The sofa functions OK, but it isn't very comfortable and looks odd.”
