"I returned 3 items totaling $82.94. All 3 were unworn and two of those unopened. Their 24 hr ship took 3+ weeks including me paying expedited shipping. These arrived too late for vacation. Then they \u201cdiscounted\u201d my return to $57.50 (see attached photo). At one point, they said they would credit me back $5.99 for return shipping which I had to pay for. Nothing in their return policy states they will Discount and keep any portion of a return that is made, and the tax that you paid on it. This is unlawful. After several emails, they refused to rectify and give me my full amount due me."

"I ordered a top which I received today. It is so big, baggy, and shapeless with a huge v going halfway down my back. Totally useless and nothing like the pictures. Can't be bothered going through the hassle of returning this so I'll give it to the local thrift store. I will NEVER order from this company again!"

"I was really happy with the first item so I decided to take a chance on an adorable sleeveless top. Took about three weeks to arrive and the print was so much different than the picture. But what really stunk was the colors were completely different. I was expecting vibrant yellow and green and got dull gold and blue. I probably should've check the product specs and not relied on the pic. Dang am I unhappy."

"Horrible customer service. I bought three swimsuits. I needed to return two. They say you can exchange them once. Every suit I picked out for exchange it said they were unavailable yet I could put them in my cart to purchase. So then chat helped me slowly. It took a good hour. I sent them back and they are offering me $10 credit!!! They said one of them stinks. The one I didn\u2019t even try on!! I never wore them. I don\u2019t even try the one on. The bottoms had a pinkish tinge and I thought they looked wierd. Now they won\u2019t help me. I want them to send them back. I know they will resale them. I left the paper in them. I did everything right. Don\u2019t buy from this company."
