DO NOT BUY FROM MOERIE! When you purchase at a discount, you are signing up for a membership/contract to purchase more at regular price. It does not matter if you want to return it, allergic to it or anything - they do not let you out of the contract unless you buy out. I feel this is deceiving as I thought I was getting a black friday price and decided to try it, then I was allergic to it and they would not take it back or cancel my subscription. You have to purchase one more time before you can cancel your subscription. This is an unacceptable way of doing business!

Horrible experience with this product. Shipping number is incorrect I had to write support team to send me valid shipping number to track the product.Problems with delivery you have to call re inter your address or go and take at some stop location, and charging for delivery. When I tried unsubscribe company requiring additional 30$ for unsubscribe. The product not cheap it is rather expensive and add this kind of additional charges for delivery for unsubscribing it’s beyond ridiculous

When they say shipping is FREE please note that it is NOT! They hide a statement under Term and Conditions. Mine arrived and I owed almost $7.00 in additional postage. This product is expensive enough but to not be up front on the additional postage changed my mind on ordering from them again. If I have to pay just say that. I didn’t like the surprise when it arrived.

I just tried moerie for the first time today December 3rd 2024, i do not like it. It made my hair tangly and felt not at all moisturized. I had to use an extra store bought conditioner even after i used the moerie conditioner just to comb through my hair. This product was a waste of money. Hope my fiance gets better results from it. Never buying again!

I really wanted to love the products and will finish those in my one-time order, but they make my fine hair feel rough, look frizzy, and more difficult to style. For the price the quantities are also small, so I generally don't feel the value for money but, in this case, at least I can finish them sooner and try something else.

Just finishing my second bottle of the capsules and have not noticed any new growth, but I have noticed my hair feels thicker. Trying to cancel the subscription, but running into obstacles, not an easy process.

After suffering thinning, fine hair and trying all kinds of hair growth products with no success. Thinking there was no help for me and my self esteem I found Moerie thank god. I have had great success with their products, shampoo, conditioner and ultimate hair growth spray. After about 6wks of faithfully using the growth spray nightly, shampoo & conditioning twice a week it was like a miracle. I have had an amazing amount of new growth, I couldn't believe it. My hair finally has volume and great style. I am so thankful for Moerie products.

I’ve been using Moerie Shampoo/Condition for over a year on/off (rotating products) and the beginning of 2024, I used the Moerie scalp spray… All I got to say is I started with collarbone length hair beginning of the year (with trims from home) & now my hair is at the bottom of my shoulder blades. The product actually helped me grow out all the hair dye I had in 2023, where today, I have natural and healthy hair again. I am 34, fine hair & it actually feels and looks healthy again.

I purchased the shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, hair growth spray, and hair growth serum, and I noticed a difference in my hair almost immediately. The texture and fullness improved right away, but the hair mask stood out the most. It made a huge difference to the ends of my hair, which were always frizzy—not exactly split ends, but they’d frizz up and make my hair look stringy within a few hours. Now, my hair stays smooth and shiny from root to tip all day long! Another major improvement was how well my hair held up after curling it with a hot iron. Normally, I’d need to use a strong hairspray to keep my curls in place, but after just one use of the shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask, my curls stayed intact until the next day without any hairspray at all! I wasn’t expecting that at all, and it’s been such a pleasant surprise. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results so far!

I placed my order it came in today, it took two days to get here but I bought it from Amazon Prime no issues on delivery I didn’t feel like ordering from actual company I trust Amazon Prime for their delivery though it said the product would arrive next day it took an extra day for delivery. I just took the two vitamin supplements pills I will see how it works for me I also ordered one for my mom, we want to try it. I know it might not work for me because like any medicine or supplement it depends on the individual health. Thank you

I’ve used the product for 2 years. My experience showed no results. I’ve tried contacting the company to cancel my subscription but to no avail. The company wouldn’t reply to my emails or even calling the company. I’ll never use the product again and if I have to cancel my card on file, I will

Refuse to refund lost order of $135 for a product that doesn't work. The company failed to properly update the address in my subscription. Second order went to my old house and have no way of getting to it. Contacted Moerie and they have refused to refund me for my lost package. It has been 2 months and still no results. Their customer service team is rude and dismissive.

My delicate, thin hair became silky, lustrous, and tangle-free as a result. Anyone with problematic hair should definitely try this product, in my opinion.
