“I’ve never been someone who writes product reviews, but Moerie honestly deserves the praise. My hair has always been thin and flat, and nothing ever gave it that “full” look I wanted. After 2.5 months of using the shampoo, conditioner, and the growth spray, I can finally say I love how my hair looks. “Customer service is awful! I purchased all the hair care and the pills from them. 7 days went by with no word from them. I emailed them for them to say they have no pills to give due to high demand but they can ship my other products and refund me on the pills. No, I want what I paid for! If you don't have the product then you should be reaching out to customers to advise them of this! Especially being a new client. It gives me a very uncomfortable feeling of being scammed! I went on Amazon and got the pills. Imagine that! Can't get them from the company itself but can get them off Amazon. Very disappointed. Communication is the worst! They tried calling me today and I hung up on them. Scared me. Felt I was about to be scammed. Send me a email of where my products are!”

“Awful product. Just leaves your hair greasy and gross. No growth what so ever. Thier "14 day refund policy" is bogus. If you have opened the product they will not return it. Then they FORCE you to pay for the second shipment and say they are non-refundable ... even if unopened! Scam company. Save your money.”
