“I received my order but the package was all wet … the product leaked. Can I please get someone to address this. I spent good money but most of the product has left the containers. I’m hoping someone would get back to me! Poor packaging! Unhappy! Karen Tengan 606 Iliaina St Kailua, HI 96734”

“I’ve been using the product for over 2 years. I have seen the length of my hair grow, however I do not feel that it has made my thinning hair any thicker. Also, I received a shipment where the product was open and leaked out. They initially seemed great and said they would send a replacement. However I never received the shipment and they wouldn’t make good on it. I’ll take my money elsewhere.”
