“You are better off not buying a warranty from Momentum Warranties as the claims procedure make things difficult and do not explain them properly to you, no reimbursement has been provided, despite them being kept fully updated regarding the situation and all progress. The service has been unacceptable which is why the matter will be taken up with a higher authorities. Extremely disappointed and itβs not fair or reasonable trading.”

Just haf to pay out over Β£2500 for a new gearbox as Momentum would not pay out! 2 different garages said the gearbox was broken but Momentum weren't happy and wanted it taken apart, photos and videos of where the mechanics said was broken before they would even decide if they were going to pay out! Which costs more money and time! Not worth the paper it is written on! Avoid at all costs!”

My story is the exact same as the long list below. They just refuse to pay a genuine claim, which 2 mechanics have said is due to part failure and not βware and tearβ - like the excuse they used to get out of it.
Now Iβve got a Β£1400 bill.
Iβm actually gutted that I didnβt look into this company first before buying the cover at the car sales garage.
I just urge anyone that has been offered this warranty to run !!”

“Please listen everyone this warrenty is a big Rip off. Made a claim before my warrenty expired waiting for the car to be stripped down to show the problem as the garage is busy. Was told cause its taken more then 7 days there not paying. its not worth the paper it's wrote on. They will find anything to get out of paying. Think they can go around doing it to everyone getting out of it and ripping people off. There is hidden reviews about these on another review site don't just read these do your home work and take my word for it stay clear. There also leaving comments to get intouch making out they care. They don't there just ripping us all off”
“Absolutely shocking, I took the top package thinking I would be covered for most events, they is an excuse for 1 thing or another, that parts not covered or you have gone by the date of claim started, I could not get an earlier appointment so they classed that as going over the days
