“I am not recommend this warranty! I bought used premium car - Audi A5 and i have got 6 month platinum cover. When i want make a claim for some suspension, drive line components , the answer was only: It's wear and tear damage! Useless cover which is not for used cars, it's only make sense when you buy new one, but you have guarantee anyway.
Don't waste money!”
“Avoid Avoid Avoid, not worth the paper it's written on this warranty company is a disgrace, 4 weeks now still don't have my car back, constantly phoning them, the garage it's booked in at are disgusted and basically saying it is not worth the hassle to deal with this company. They will dig their heels in before paying out. Very unhelpful and their overall communication with the garage is shocking. They don't take into consideration that people are left without a car for this long. DO NOT TAKE ANY WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY WHEN BUYING A CAR.”
“I can see I am not the only one which got fooled by this despicable bunch of useless liars.
I have a fault on Inlet Manifold which is supposed to be covered under their "GOLDEN" warranty.
They have told me that the fault is due to sticking flaps and this is not covered blamed it on soot and "wear & tear".
I had my car serviced in Volvo TMS, they haven't looked at the part itself - so there was no such assesment from their side - what was noticed was a fault on the vehicle's computer. Apart from the code they have not provided any information about any soot or wear & tear problem to these scam artists called Momentum Warranties.
From all of the other reviews I can see that Momentum makes this quick assumption of wear and tear on anything and everything.
STAY AWAY! You will end up paying for the replacement parts anyway.
Any 5* reviews are definitely bought or posted by Momentum themselves.
Never again I will purchase any "extended warranty" from any of these companies (only consider genuine manufacturer's one).”

Turbo in my car which I bought last year and unfortunately had “warranty” with Momentum (was serviced just in jaguar and all service is up to date!) needed new turbo. Garage is telling someting else and Momentum someting else. Them “wear and tear” scam is very famous! Now I know why.
I believe that each part of the car is subject to 'wear and tear' and this would mean they have a 'get out clause' to revoke any claim of their choosing. The garage in which conducted the work were also shocked at their decision to not cover the claim.
How it’s possible car which had MOT last month and was serviced in jaguar could be “my fault” !??!? They refused cover cost of repair which is almost £2000!!!!!!!!!! They’ve made them decision in 1min just after they saw pictures from my mechanic !!!! And they haven’t replay by email, they told them decision on the phone! Telling me later in them “letter” mechanic told them it’s oil leak and they won’t cover cost of repair as it’s “wear and tear” problem.
I don’t need to say all this decision was made in 1min. I was calling them to ask for email they’ve got from my mechanic. First, they couldn’t find. Second, when they found (wooow!) they phone to my mechanic in just 1 min to tell them, they won’t cover because it’s “wear and tear” problem (them very famous phrase, u can google it!) Unbelievable!
I got this “warranty” together with my car dealer, but if I have to choose I would never ever choose ur company for any warranty as it’s useless.
I contacted you on 21st January and haven’t got any response. After many calls and waiting hours to someone pick up the phone I found out they refused cover cost of repair.
I reported your company to Trading Standards and waiting for them response.
