“The robe itself is so plush and durable! It will definitely last a long time and is very comfortable. My only hesitation with giving a five-star rating is that the monogramming is of a lesser quality than I was expecting. It's still good, it just looks like it might have been a bit of a rushed job. Overall, great product and great customer service.”

“Purchased monogram robes for Christmas. Received fairly fast for personalized items. Monogram work is pretty. Not Monarch fault but I purchased the wrong robe so I'm a little bummed because you can't returm personalized items. So make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing.”

I looked at the label and went on line and ordered another . I was a little disappointed with the lightweight fabric, my original robe was a much heavier cotton. Also it runs very large.
