“The employees were extremely helpful. The first phone call I told (? not sure ?) that the robe was enormous and she suggested I return it and order a smaller size a medium. I received great instructions from Susan and returned the robe for an exchange for a smaller size. The replacement arrived today, but instead of the kimono robe, I received a full length robe (NEVER MIND) * * * I just hung up from speaking to Susan and we have it all straightened robe. I ordered the 503 and will continue to do so in the future. Great Company to do business with. Judy fay”
“I experienced these sheets at a resort last fall, and tracked them down on line. I ordered a queen set for Father’s Day, and 2 twin sets came in mail in a week or so. I went online to ask about returns and a week went by with no reply. I went back online to try again and took twins to ship back. $23 dollars for slowest UPS. When I got home, I got an email saying they were shipping me a label for return and shipping correct order. We’ll see if they refund the $23 shipping for incorrect order. I can’t wait to put the sheets on my bed!”
