“The robe is luxurious and well made, well worth the money; however, the size large labelled "one size fits most" is voluminous, suited for someone around 6'2" or taller and 225 lbs+. The sleeves are at least 6-10 inches too long for my size. I can only supect that the medium is much more likely to fit most people. (Interetingly, an older version of this robe labelled one size its most, fits me perfectly, while this one is huge). Unfortunately, the robe being this large made it ususable for me (5'11" and 180 lbs), and I gave it away.”

“we stayed in a bed & breakfast in St. Augustine. Your towels were in the bathroom. They were the softest towels I have ever used. I went on your website & found them but thought the ones a little more expensive would be nicer. I ordered $250 of them & washed them when they came. They were NOT. I ordered two of the exact ones from the bed & breakfast. They came & are the correct ones. Too bad I washed the other ones. I will enjoy the two soft ones. I wished they came in colors. “The quality of the Robe was excellent. The handling of the item, shipping was not good. F b called several times, talked with angel and left message. Finally talked with manager who got the Robe into shipping. Took almost a month because thery had to exchange it

“I’ve always purchased these sheets because they are so soft but these new ones are not! They are kinda soft to the touch of the hand but not when you crawl in bed. Rough on your legs, and face. I wouldn’t buy them again. Not sure what changed. But sad to lose a trusted fav.”
“I bought a Monarch robe because both my parents have one. They are super comfortable and great quality. My only complaint is that they run incredibly large. I ordered an XS and it’s huge. To give you context, I am 5’6” and 143lbs. I could fit a whole entire other human in the robe with me, that’s how big it is. I wish it would be a little more tailored. Other than that, it’s wonderful”
“Quality of robe was very nice. However I wish the site would have closed orders relating to holidays bc I placed mine 12/23 (fully not expecting for Christmas). Order was canceled due to business closure and ultimately needed to repay and then wait for monogram. Finally received a month later :)”

My only hesitation with giving a five-star rating is that the monogramming is of a lesser quality than I was expecting. It's still good, it just looks like it might have been a bit of a rushed job. “Purchased monogram robes for Christmas. Received fairly fast for personalized items. Monogram work is pretty. Not Monarch fault but I purchased the wrong robe so I'm a little bummed because you can't returm personalized items. So make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing.”
