“I brought a samsung gear S form this company, all was good I received fast and everything was ok. Then the watch started dying and crashing without warning. I took the watch to samsung who said as the watch was A GREY Import they could not verify the warrenty. I contacted Gadjet monicle who said as the item was over 15 days they would only do a repair and not replace. They wanted me to pay for the repair locally and invoice them. I was not ok with this. They then said I had to ship to them before they could do a refund. i was not happy about shipping to HONG Kong as i could not track this item, i was also expected to pay for delivery costs. They are great on price but this is because once you have brought the item there is no after thought at all. they asked me to ship to a uk warehouse, i checked this out and it was no more then a empty ware house used for handling deliverys etc etc . I WOULD NOT RECOMEND AS IF YOU PAY £300 FOR AN ITEM AND IT STOPS WORKING YOU CAN KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE.”

“SCAMMING SITE - Received samsung s6 which turned out to be faulty within days of receiving it. As i cant wait another 8 days for they ultra slow postage, i required a refund (returning within my statutory period of cancellation in the UK), however they have refused the return, unless i pay a restocking fee. Legally i can return this phone if id decided i didn't like it, as by law there is a cooling off period when buying something online (distance selling), however in this case the PHONE WAS FAULTY, yet their still not letting me return it without loosing a percentage of what i paid. Clearly don't know the law, supply substandard products which are next to impossible to register with samsung (due to where they come from), and then if you have an issue within the first couple of days of receipt, the REFUSE to follow the law, and try to charge me to retun!!! Paypal case being opened, avoid like aids”
“Ordered a Samsung galaxy note 5, arrived within the time said which you would expect, however after two days the screen stopped working so I emailed them asking for a refund or a replacement, they told me to take it to a repair shop over 150 miles away from where i live, I emailed back numerous times still getting the same response with very poor english, finally after a few days of no reply from putting in a ticket and emailing them I had to dispute it with paypal and when that finally went through they emailed me very quickly after that saying the refund ticket had been successful. I send the phone back and two days later still no reply to emails or any response from the company so i have to wait a further 10 days for paypal to sort it out, terrible company, terrible customer service and would never use again!”
“Very poor service - happily took payment for some Bose headphones and the website claimed they had several in stock for delivery, but that was not the case. Typically takes customer services over 24 hours to reply to an email and even then these are unclear and provide no information on when the product will be in stock. So far I have waited over a week and still none the wiser if they will ever get the headphones in stock or not....”
