“Loved the quality of the packing and the labels for the sets. I also enjoyed getting notifications about back- ordered items. But it is frustrating that it has been 2 months and I have yet to receive everything from my order. However, I do realize this is due to COVID. A couple of dishes were broken and the pencil sharpening kit is missing the extra replacement blades.”

Dear Tiffanie, Thank you for your kind words about our products. Though we try very hard to prevent it, sometimes items are missed during packing and/or can break (or be damaged) in transit. Please let us know if this happens and we will replace them right away. “We ordered a variety of items through For Small Hands for our center, and they were all packaged beautifully and thoughtfully. However, several items were backordered and though we placed the order in October, it was only just completed in February. I know this is through no fault of Montessori Services, as we are experiencing a global pandemic and things are different, but I still removed one star just for the incredibly long delay in shipping several items.”
