“Hello am here to give a testimony on how Mrs. Rose Hoover help me recover my money back from this dishonest company, My name is Vivian am from turkey I leave with my family one day I was watching videos online them I saw this company in advertisement because of the profit they offer I quickly open it on chrome and I created an account then I started with the some of $3000 and I made a successful withdrawal of $10,000, and then I deposited $289,950 when it was now time to withdraw my money they keep asking for more, and I keep on paying and paying until they finale froze my account, then I contacted their customer service I never get any response from them this almost led me to my divorce and I was looking for a way to recover my money back I tried so many recovery agent I was scam too, Not until I came across people testifying on how Mrs. rose..hoover..90..(..a..t..)..gmail..com help them recover their money back I never trusted her at first not until she told me me to provide all the evidence about the scam, other recovery agent never ask me to provide this information, after providing the information I didn't hear from her after 72 hours she came to me and told me to check my account, to my surprise I was able to withdraw all my money back, I will kindly recommend you if you are a victim of scam too just like me contact details. “Title: Monzo Froze My Account and Provided Incorrect Cifas Information I have been a Monzo customer for some time, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Monzo froze my account without clear communication, and the customer service has been painfully slow in addressing my case. They have also reported me to Cifas with incorrect information, which has severely impacted my financial standing. I cannot pay my bills, buy essential goods, or access my funds. Despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve seen no progress from Monzo to resolve the issue in a timely manner. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable for a bank, especially when people's livelihoods are at stake. I am hoping that Monzo will address this complaint immediately and correct their mistakes, but for now, I advise others to stay away and be cautious”

“Becoming nothing short of a nightmare after investing with them, I quickly realised that I had been scammed out of a significant amount of money. “AVOID THIS BANKING APP AT ALL COST.. I've only been with monzo for 2 weeks.. i've tried to pay my rent & now account is blocked, i've tryed to contact monzo with the number giving in the email. The options i need aren't listed & so i'm told goodbye only having to redial. Half dozen times & i still cant get through. Nor can i log into the app.There is zero help online either.I've never been late with rent & its extremely distressing to say least. AVOID bank elsewhere!”

“I’ve been scammed. I literally watched the money leave my account last night and couldn’t stop it. Tried calling, chat, email. Last call got cut off after 2 hours of me holding on. Today they have closed my account. That’s not what I want. The scammers took me up to my overdraft limit and Monzo are asking me to pay this back. All I want to do is speak to a human. I’m not going to give up! I’ve tried calling, emailing and chatting.”

“As an international student attending a university campus that's fully cashless, I really needed to get online banking services quickly. It was bad enough when Monzo told me I'd get my card delivered to my address more than 10 days after I applied for it, but the card never arrived. Intransigent when I contacted them about it too. Horrible services”

“Don’t use them, they will take your money and hold on to it for up to 8 weeks, in the meantime your bills can’t get paid and you incur further late payment fees for these.”

“Disgusting. My salary gets paid into my monzo and I am a Father of 3 children. They have frozen my account completely giving me know reason or warning. After 48 hrs they have failed to honour a call back from a manager and I am still in the dark.”

“MONZO BANK is a completely phony online banking. The largest trappers, and they don't trust anyone. They have fictitious official emails and profiles and operate like gangs. Additionally, they lack regulation and nearly lost £15,000. However, AixaLtd. c o m intervened and ensured that I recovered all of the stolen Funds Back.”

“I cannot even begin to express the nightmare of this app. Installing and moving money into it is, naturally, very easy. Using it in any other way is a nightmare. Once I realized I couldn't send money to a UK account from a US one, which was the point of me getting the app, I wanted to transfer my money back out and cancel. This all happened within minutes that I knew I couldn't use the app as intended. But they cannot reverse the transfer of funds into their app for you. You have to connect another account to them in order to transfer money out. I had to give them access to MORE of my money just to get my money. Only I can't do that either. I connected my PayPal TWICE, I can see my PayPal balance even, but selecting to move money never shows my PayPal account as an option for sending the money and finally being rid of this awful experience. Chat ignored me and took DAYS, close to a week the first time I tried to get help. Now, they're escalating my issues again and not responding. They clearly do not care, and just want to keep your money as long as possible until you give up and call it a loss, I guess, and keep your money for themselves. Do not use this app or transfer in any money. You may never see it again. Right now, I am still waiting for them to fix the "error" that continues to prevent me from getting my money and closing the account, but even if they eventually pull through and give me the money back, 1 star is still too much.”

“Promised £5 for referral Monzo to new customers and then did absolutely everything to deny payment of that £5, including lying that my friend's Monzo account exist. Not worth the hassle, stay clear. Oh, and if they deny that my review is true and asks for taking it down, I have all the evidence to prove I am right.”
