“ Flowers arrived over 24 hours after the agreed delivery time. Box was ripped open before delivery, card missing and flowers badly wilted. Frankly impossible to log a customer complaint, telephone number quoted has a recorded message from Moonpig saying that the telephone number is now out of commission, links not working on website and email unanswered. Very, very poor customer service. ”

“ Sent a card which did not arrive twice! Given a credit for card and postage due to failure which was then not applied to my account. When I raised this I was told it would have had. 6 month expiry date so they cant help. Really !!! Basically stealing with non delivery of cards t ”

“ Moonpig gave "delivery credit" for the amount of the late delivery, but insisted they've done their Job and wiped their hands of it, with nothing else could be done even though the order wasnt signed for and is now left outside someones front door who wont be there until the 1st of next month. ”
