“I have been buying products from Morotai for several years now, because they are of good quality and stay looking good. Now, for the first time, I ordered directly from Morotai, where unfortunately much went unprofessionally (follow-up, not answering emails and WhatsApp messages). I will certainly buy clothing from the brand again, but not directly from Morotai anymore due to substandard customer service.”
