I've ordered from other major hobby retailers in Illinois for decades, and I've never seen it take more than a week, especially during the slowest time of year (after Christmas). Sure seems like you only care if someone spends 600 bucks on a huge plane. If not, you go to the bottom of the pile. 👎”

“The ambiguity of the price I would actually be paying for the product I ordered. It was simply not clear. I logged a support call regarding this and did not get a satisfactory answer. I wanted the items regardless so ordered them. I am still not sure if Customs and Excise will later try to claim extra money from me. In future I would only order from you if I was unable to get the item elsewhere in the UK. This is a shame as your website PDP and PLP is excellent. I would like to order from you again, but it needs to be 100% clear at Bag and checkout what the actual cost will be. Also I was forced to pay in Euros when all the pricing before checkout was in GBP. I got charged by my credit card for non-uk transaction fee.”
