If you want 100% recommendation or expect 100%, free products and or product discounts would be a good start.

“It would have been higher. I had a problem with a purchase and talked with your support team. They gave me a test to try to verify if there was a problem and let them know the result so they could determine if it was a warranty issue. I sent the result of the test back and never heard from your staff. (One reason I quit dealing with Horizon). I like your product but would like to see a bit more customer help.”
