“Package was delayed by designated shipper (FedEx) and their customer service was horrible. Motion RC customer service was great! Main complaint is excessive shipping time. Package sat at local hub for 10 days.”
“The AT6-Texan (by Nexa) which I purchased from you is incredibly TAIL HEAVY. It is impossible to achieve the recommended CG no matter how much nose weight I add. Chatting with your tech he said they were aware of the problem and are discussing it with NEXA and your product management. Meanwhile I've got a plane which is impossible to balance. HELP!”
“While I understand that you don’t have the personnel/manpower to open up every single box and quality check it against with what the description on the website says, I guess I just don’t feel like calling in and trying to explain, like I did earlier this year, about the incorrectly packaged Multifunction unit (individual part). And now I get one that is incorrect inside of a tank. So apparently there was availability issues for the correct multifunction unit at the factory in China, which you have absolutely no control of whatsoever.”
“I was very happy how easy the purchasing and the delivery were for two planes but the qualities of the planes I bought were rather poor. The foam of F8F bearcat is so soft that the plane is full of dents even from gentle handling. The instructions in the manuals are very limited.”
