Pros. Quick customer service responses. Reasonable prices. Cons Not willing to do a little extra for a first time customer. If I was a popular YouTuber or a seasoned ex pilot I probably would have gotten the assistance I was looking for. Just my opinion.

While the level of detail is nice, the landing gear has been terrible. My FMS jets can land on short grass. My MotionRC F-22 couldn’t even land on GeoTex. The gear just couldn’t stay attached.

Didn't have simple screws that I needed to build a tank from scratch. I bought two idler wheels from them either Wheels were missing two of the four bearings couldn't even get a replacement for that I had to buy a whole new set of either wheels just to get two little bearings

I have owned to 3 motion rc products, the first was a little park flyer beaver, was completely uncontrollable. The second was bought a couple years later, the 64mm a-10 v1, the assembly was tricky and not clear, during the first flight, it immediately started nose diving, then stalling then recovering, then repeating itself, until it crashed into a million pieces, the cg was on the dot, so just received a bad product I guess, but it’s not like y’all we’re gonna give me a refund or something, and the product I just got was a 64 panther. Assembly instructions were super unhelpful and un clear. Haven’t flown it yet, but I’m hoping this one will go well.

one if the servos on my recent purchase did not work. I had to replace it with one of my own.

Primary reason is expense. Secondarily because although the newer airframes are better the complete model has lost quality in the electrics and detail.

Generally they are pretty good. They have a 30 day warranty on their airplanes after you purchase them. I recently lost a F-35 jet. The main reason it crashed the first time is that a strip of foam on the bottom of one wing came loose during one of its initial flights. I was able to repair it after replacing several parts like the gear which were damaged on the crash landing. I was well within the 30 day warranty, but I don't care to fight with MRC trying to justify a repair or replacement of my airplane within warranty window. I feel they are looking at me like some criminal trying to slip something past them, which I resent. I'll continue to buy some things from MRC, but any time I can buy from a different company, I do that.

I had a bad experience with motion rc when I bought my 2nd freewing mig 29.The elevator servo's did not function correctly.Your customer service team required a video of the problem which I was unable to supply. My word wasn't good enough. I explained that I am a rc modeller of 40 years and I don't complain lightly.the complaint wasn't resolved and I still have the defective servos Sat on a shelf. How ever my recent experience of a new retract unit which did not work, was replaced remediate without any evidence being required. So things are improving from my experience. I would like to add, that I am willing to return any defective product if motion rc pay for the shipping cost.Overall motion rc provide great products and I will be purchasing again soon, I just hope that when I have any issue with products from motion rc in future it can be dealt with as efficiently as my last purchase. Many thanks, Anthony Lomas.

Order took three weeks to be delivered and was past time that I needed the parts in order to participate in a fly-in. When tracking kept getting the same answer, somewhere in Illinois. After calling and canceling order, it was delivered the next day. When I read instructions about returning I saw where I would have to pay for shipping if I returned for a refund. So I was disappointed in customer service.

Prices are high; limited new stock; no real incentive to go to Motion when you can find it cheaper on Amazon, Hobby King etc.

Positives: 1. Mostly good products with a wide variety and reasonable pricing. 2. Phone communication 3. Parts availability. 4. Expedient shipping. 4. Good packaging of shipments. Negatives: “Drag your feet” on solving simple problems like properly gluing Retract mounts in place. No excuse for things like this. Incomplete upgrades in older products. Like older soft foam, poor retracts, etc., these should be upgraded. Also, mistakes like spending all that effort and money to upgrade the Avanti with a pilot etc and not putting plastic over the foam. Think like a customer first, then the money will come in. Remember the history of the Stinger 90.
