“The Skynetic Air Titan V2 is a beautiful model which did fly very well on the the first day out. There were several difficulties I had in assembly. We noticed that the motor mount assembly was loose. When remounting the cowl, the screws for some reason would no longer hold it on. We had to install longer screws to get it to hold. There was also before the first flight an issue with the battery hatch and the lock pin came loose. Unable to reattach withoqut reconstruction. On the first flight day,the blind nut on the right wing failed at the field. The wings can be a challenge. It definitely is not a first plane for a beginner! I look forward to flying again since repairs have been completed. There was also some cosmetic pressure damage on the fuselage from weak shipping cartons.

“My Freewing F22 90 was built exactly as instructed but lasted only 30 seconds. Nothing salvagable. Reciever, batteries, esc, motor all damaged. I believe the Y harness for both batteries malfunctioned. I had zero control.”

“recently purchased the M1 Abrams RC tank and was immediately impressed by how authentic it looks and sounds. The detail on the body, the engine rumble, and the turret rotation all feel incredibly realistic—it's a model that really captures the essence of the real tank in a scaled-down version. The immersive sound effects and smooth driving mechanics make it a standout among RC vehicles.
Unfortunately, the main cannon has a serious issue. While it makes the correct firing sounds and appears to go through the motions of firing, it does not actually shoot any projectile or ammo. I’ve double-checked the loading mechanism and followed the instructions, but no matter what I try, the cannon will not fire. It’s disappointing because everything else on the tank works beautifully.
For anyone considering this RC tank, just be aware that the firing mechanism may be faulty out of the box. I’m hoping to get this issue resolved, because the rest of the experience is genuinely impressive.”
“I don’t like that your offered bundles are not all the products you need to complete a project. Someone might want a complete offering. You have to go back to the mode and fish through required items to complete it.”
“Sent me a bad 1.6m spitfire fuselage after a long wait asked if it looked fly able to customer service and he said it was fine. After my flight field viewed it they said no it’s not safe with kids here well they were all sold out again. To top it off my spitfire went up and lost the elevator servo? First time ever I had this kind of problem now I have pieces of a new plane that wasn’t my fault the customer service guy pissed me off enough to throw it all away. I have went back to Fms I only buy one from you here and there and swap servos just to be safe to me customer service is everything and I’m the customer before everything arrived perfect and everything was over packed I don’t have time to mess around I work 7 day a week but I do miss ordering planes I don’t have that only you carry sorry for the filibuster”
