“i purchased my first rc plane with motion and out the box the tail of the fuse was damaged item is out of stock was told when they get some it will ship out then had problems with the esc no word on that as of yet and then as i was assembling the plane i was following a very detailed video and did as video instructed one of the wing supports broke and was told it was my fault and not covered by warranty so i will no longer deal with motion rc after i get my fuse”
“Ordered 2 planes. One came with a broken rudder servo the other came with a busted edf set which to fix (with the parts sent by motion) I had to cut a chunk out of the fuselage. Customer service was decent but probably wouldn't hurry back to order another broken plane.”
