You tell lies. call out time when I joined was under an hour .the last time I needed assistance i was informed the patrol would be with me in 140 minutes so i had to call a friend to assist and cancelled the patrol coming out.i will remember this when it comes to renewing my policy you liars

Because it isn’t clear on the website that everything comes separately for the rc airplane. I’m also still waiting to hear back about the return I requested.

Delivery is too long. Quicker going to Hobbyking or sourcing from elsewhere and you dont keep people updated with their orders

I cancelled my order appropriately according to your rules and they still refused to cancel it. After that the wrong remote for the model was picked out by me and not noticed by your employees. waste of $400. thanks alot

Will not be doing business ever again. Martin the customer service manager did not understand how an rc plane works nor has any training in customer service. Instead of providing a convincing counter argument he instead chose to insult my expertise instead of questioning it. Whoever made him manager should be fired along with him. For a company that “puts the customer first” should be dissolved for dishonesty.

After orering for the 1st time, had 2 issues with my 1st plane and your customer service sucked. I was told the tab that was broken off didnt matter and that fact that the main wing spar didnt line up wasnt an issue and the sand it until it fits. BTW I did this and it looks like crap, so i tossed the airplane. I am going to order again at my caost to give your company one more try. PS---I hate bad customer service.

Tried to cancel order before shipping found out product was dangerous.Was charged shipping charge and I had to pay for return shipping. Never again Horizon Hobby will be my go to supplier.

You don't even give me time to install and use a product before asking me to review it. Do you only want me to review that you shipped it, I received it and it was packaged without a manual? I am just trying to give you some common sense feedback here and not publicly for I love motion rc and hope you guys continue to improve. thx!

Your ingorance, no possibility of supplying the invoice although you said before order that you can supply an invoice. Totaly unhappy and would definitely unrecommend your shop in polish rc modelling media on websites, rc forums and in rc magazines. Very dissapointed.

The worst RC/ hobby customer service EVER! After I received the RX600SP I tried to bind it- no problem. I then tried to set up the gyro, it wouldn’t work. I called 9-27. I talked to a customer services rep at about 2:45pm PST. After I explained what was going on, there was silence. I then asked if it could be my spectrum DX6e transmitter. The guy with out hesitant said YES THATS IT. He said my trans wasn’t computer supported and hurried to get off the phone. No offer of return saying sorry nothing. I said you should note on your web site they are non compatible. He said he doesn’t do the web site. I just felt it was late on Friday and he wanted to go home, and completely blew me off. 10-4 I received a customer service survey. I submitted it, but it just left a bad taste in my mouth, I typically don’t ever leave bad reviews. I call customer service and talked toMartin. I explained the issue. He said “ I think I know the issue, before I put my foot in my mouth, I want to look into it. I will call you back later today”. I waited all day and even gave him all day Monday 10-7. No reply 10-8 I called Martin and left my voice mail with my phone number, requesting a call back. He never called- this guy horrible, he shouldn’t be in customer service. 10-9 I received this survey. Before I respond I called again asking for Martin’s boss. I talked to Ed in the morning and he claimed it should work w my DX6e, I didn’t have my RC Gear w me. I called back and talked to Wayne, he had it all up and working in about 5 minutes- thanks WAYNE!!! I own 11 Horizon Hobby planes, I have had several issues with them, but there customer support is World Class, they have always gone above and beyond to resolve any issues and have always Returned My Calls! After this first experience w Motion RC. After the lack of support and your customer service manager (Martin) giving 0 support and no returned call ever! I don’t see why I would do business w this company again... PS. I am always proud to support our country and Military Veteran’s.I am truely saddened that I won’t support this company and the Vets that own it. I’m so unhappy about the plain I got . The plain billd was a disappointment with the caibuls not cut to the size needed to complete the billed and it was not boned after all the time it took to do the billed an thenthe controller has a short plus the tail needed to be tweaked an glued. But as far as the people at motion rc very nice took time to here me an listen

The parts that you're selling are almost useless to builders. The freewing EDF unit can, apparently only be used with the mating motor. Nothing is said in the listing, and no adapter for other motors is avialable.
