“On my last order, I needed a part quickly. The part I needed was a canopy, but it was out of stock. However, the entire hatch assembly with canopy was available, so I ordered it. I needed it quickly, so I sent two emails with the details of my needs. I followed it up with two phone calls. I was assured that if I placed my order and selected 2 day shipping, my order would arrive in time for me event. My order was not shipped when they assured me it would and as a result did not arrive in time. This created many issues that would have been avoided if they had just shipped as promised, not to mention the increased cost of the expedited shipping. I can no longer in good conscience recommend a company that does not do as promised. It's a shame as they were one of my go to companies for most of my rc planes and supplies.”
