“I had 2 flap servo’s on a brand new airplane having issues. The servo’s were not strong enough to hold the flaps in commanded position during flight and within 3-4 flights they would stick partially up or down. I replaced them and threw them away to ensure I would never accidentally use them. The company policy is so stringent you require video evidence which I could not provide. All I wanted was replacement servo’s, very cheap for your company to replace and the answer was No. I had a similar issue with a FMS model and they replaced them on the spot. MotionRC’s stringent policy does not provide the customer confidence in the product or customer support.”
