“Terrible product quality and terrible customer service. They gave me a general excuse to avoid helping me in any way and then ignored me completely when I asked where I can buy the part as it is not listed on their website.
This was my message to them: Just got my velocity few days ago flew it a few times and during the third landing the motor shaft got cut off. I am so disappointed. This was my first purchase of an rc plane from you guys and this happened. I tried to get a replacement shaft from HobbyTown and another local hobby store but the motor shaft is unique I cannot find such a long one. Can you please help me? Could you please send me a replacement motor or a shaft? I am submitting pictures of the cut shaft as well as a picture of the plane as your colleague asked me to do.”
