“My first experience with buying from motion RC was a Roban EC145. When it arrived the Fenstrom Tail blade had a chip in it and one of the rotor blade grip bearings has a very noticeable flat spot in it indicating a bad bearing. The rep what responded was rude, acusatory suggesting that I damaged it somehow. I the shipment had just arrived and I was completing and inventory and reviewing all the parts. So now I have an expensive helicopter with a damaged tail blade that i cannot replace and a bad bearing that he also stated you do not have in stock.
