Bought new RC DF95.
Had trouble with either xmitter or receiver within an hour of putting it in the water.
No response from help desk.”
“I received an order that out of the box had a defect but I couldn’t have even known about until I tried it fly it. Customer service said that MotionRC wouldn’t do anything about it because it had been flown. The problem is I had no way of knowing it was defective until I tried to fly it. Not happy about that.”

“airplane came damaged and support is bad took 4 week and go back forth to get damaged parts replaced and was told they all planes come damaged because the people that are making them don't want to lose there jobs so the rush them out and only want to give me 25.00 dollars credit to live with damage you have nice looking planes on web site but after this thinking hard before ordering again”
