I ordered a set of red V1 wings and the website said there was some instock. You emailed me and said "We couldn't find them so sorry out of luck we will refund your money. I said I would take a set of yellow ones instead and you people refused to do that and said I would have to place another order to get them. "WE cant change an order" Its not that you cant change an order you just choose not to. So instead of making your customer happy you think its smart to make me start the process over and have to wait on your slow shipping again. You don't give a crap about me so I will do what I can to not give two shits for MRC. Unfortunately I will have to get items from you from time to time but I will be looking to other suppliers where ever possible. and I will never give a good review ever again.”
“Bought new plane, and tested it took about 2.50 months to get to fly it and on second flight the esc burnt. When I removed it the wires looked like someone had used sandpaper on them. Before I took it out I submitted a ticket to Motion. When they replied back they want me to send a video of what was going on. I asked why I cannot show anything other than a dead plane. I offered to send the esc back, but they said they did not want it just a video. So I just purchased the esc versus going through the hassle”

“I recently bought an airplane with the control surface glued down to the wing by the factory. .... Motion RC's warranty isn't worth the yellow paper it is printed on. The worst handling of the issue I have experienced from a company in a long time. Good news is I have bought my last item from Motion RC and I will make sure fellow hobbiest know the same.”
