“For a first order, I received the package late because FedEx lost it. Once received it was the wrong product. Then i had to open serveral ticket before someone took my claim in account. Finally the correct product was shipped and Fedex lost it again. New claim to finally receive my package. So I would say for a first expérience with Motion RC: disaster !!”
“My experience with my purchase from Motion RC was less than ideal. The RC tank that I purchased had a malfunction. When I reached out to the support, the response that I got was a denial of the problem in the first place. This was not the end of the world to me since I can build/troubleshoot electronic circuits. So, I ended up having to fix the problem on my own, which meant spending more money and having to wait for the parts to arrive from China. As a result, I will not be recommending Motion RC to my acquaintances.”
“The product I received was not as advertised. It was supposed to be ready to use but instead required crucial equipment that was not provided with the product nor was it mentioned in the instructions. This resulted in the destruction of the product and an extensive back & forth with the MotionRC that did not result in a solution.”
“Your use of fedex as a shipper is a deal breaker. I tried working with them to get my Bismarck delivered to no avail. This was my first and last purchase from you.”
“Two different planes were purchased. Both had one bad servo. I was sent replacements and both were the wrong servos. I modified one to work with a different servo arm and it failed after one flight.”
“The bottles are cheap fragile, and you can hardly modify them to what you want on a ship that size like adding lights, radar, and every time you touch it something breaks. Cheaply made not worth the money that I paid for.”
“Because I ordered a plane once, on first start up the motor and ESC were smoked, you made me jump through hoops for replacement only to find out the parts were backordered, then refused to send me a new plane, I would not recommend Motion RC ever, also, no black friday sales, and when I do order something, you consistently bombard my email asking me to review products, I delete the email, yet you kept harassing me. I would not recommend Motion RC.”
