“Because I purchased the Fly Wing FW450L and it came with a bad battery. I called the support number and was told that Motion RC is just a warehouse and that they do not have Customer Service Department. I was told to go to Facebook and join a group for the H1 and ask for Greece Ebert that he would take care of it. I joined the group and was informed that there was no Greece Ebert that they knew of. Then I went back to the Motion RC web site and tried to start a ticket on it tried twice with no luck. So I wouldn't recommend Motion RC to anyone even if you were the only hobby store there was. And I was just about to purchase the large Black Horse Cozier I'd rather flush my money down the toilet than give you any of my business. John T. Roberts”
