“Can’t get no one to return my call.. Was going to by 2500.00 dollar heli and I can talk to a person that know anything about helicopters.. .Never had a Roban so I know they have there problems which I’m ok with but always need assistance.. Chat doesn’t do it for me.. I’m old school with money to burn so that being said at times I will need help.. WITH A RETURN PHONE CALL..”

“misleading presentation in video form on your site for a product you carry. shipping rates are bad,compared to other hobby shops who have a flat rate of 3.99 for example. 1.00 part cost me 7.00 or 8.00 after shipping. flate rate would cost me 4.99 . dont sale garbage products.”

“Had a defective speaker on a Heng Long T90 under warranty. Corresponded with company at least three times through email. Never got emails back that they were in stock, never got the warranty covered. Motion RC is all about sell and forget.”
