“Purchased a receiver recently. Does not go into recovery mode. Sent it into Motion and they tested, sent me a video claiming this shows it works. The gyro does work but will not go into recovery mode. Had two others in my club try this and they can't get this to work. If I wanted to just have a receiver that doesn't have recover I would have bought it. Won't get my business anymore. Thanks.”
“You guys gave great service but today I just received a bill, and paid it, from FEDEX for $53 dollars because they have a $25 charge for bringing something across the Canadian border and then another $10 fee for paying the taxes at the border and then whatever the actual sales tax etc was on top of that! If I buy anything else from you I will insist that it is only shipped by USPS (the US Postal Service)and there will not be any of those extras added on after it arrives. Thanks and Blessings. Ron

“Lack of transparency and lack of remedy when I complained that after my latest order I got a bill for £70 from fedex for tax and import duties. There should be no way to place an order without it being clear that your prices no longer include VAT.

“Motion RC charges way too much for shipping! I had to pay you people $56.47 US for shipping. Then FedEx bilks me an additional $90.68. Yes I understand I had to pay our sales tax, GST of $26.89. But the FEDEX additional charges totaled $63.79!
Total cost of shipping was $120.26. These ridiculous shipping cost are the exact reason I stopped buying from Hobby King. Yes I am pretty "pissed off" with Motion RC and I sense my first transaction with you may very well be my last.
