“My first plane from MotionRC was the L-39.
Right out of the box there was problems with the MCB-E blue box. Twitchy servos and range issues.
Support at MRC first told me to bypass the MCB-E. Then they told me that a new MCB-E won't fix the problem. Then they told me that they want to send me a new MCB-E box, after they told me that it won't fix the problem!
They also told me that the MCB-E box does not play well with all radio systems.
MotionRC did nothing to fix the issue. They did not ship a new MCB-E box. The only thing they did was closing the support ticket with out fixing the problem.
I had to take the MCB-E out of my brand new plane and make a new harness to be able to fly the airplane in a safe way. My lights is still not working, i need a switch/light controller box. MotionRC won't fix this for me...
For now this L-39 is my first and last airplane i buy from MotionRC.
Dont get me wrong, i love the L-39 and it is a great flyer now that it is working.
But the fact that i had to trow out the MCB-E and make a new harness before i can fly the airplane is a big show stopper for me. I am not spending that kind of cash on a PNP airplane that i have to strip the MCB out of and make a new harness before i can fly the airplane. That is NOT what we call PNP!
That is NOT what i/we pay for, MotionRC need to step up an fix this.
I am very unhappy and will not recommend MotionRC to my flying buddys.

I have made a ticket and you don't even respond! You merge it with another ticket and then no response….ok I have got a reply last Thursday (06.04.2021) (almost a week without a response) saying that you are looking for evaluation on this as you have no way to properly and thoroughly testing this claim at your warehouse…kinda strange….. i have called 5 times now….You don't return my calls..
No i have a plane that is not flying good with a total investment of 400 euro.(including lipo’s)
This is 1 admiral 4000 that I bought from motion rc, I made a ticket (384817) because the last 2 cells where not charging like the other 4 cells, it takes forever to not come even close to 4.2 per cell…however iam willing to hold on to this lipo, because it is getting a little bit better and don’t want the fuss like this support ticket! The other 2 hobbyking lipo’s where fine with no problems getting to 4.2 per cell!
Then I made a new ticket (motion rc told me too make a new ticket for this issue) (752279) for the F16 itself because it’s lacking speed. The ticket gets merged with the older ticket and from there on….no response what so ever!!!!!
Like i stated in my ticket, the motor or fan or both are not good! I don't get the speed or sound that is advertised. I have requested a new motor and fan combo so i can return my motor and fan to motion rc so you can see it for yourself that this product isn’t working how it should be....no response.....then I get a response: (quote) that you are looking into options for evaluation on this as we currently have no way of properly or thoroughly testing this claim at the warehouse…..seriously, one of my first answers I got using your chat function was use a watt meter….you sell these at mrc…you can test it…..! Is this the way for motion rc that customers matters?
Now again 1 week later…..still no reply of the last mail….
Iam very disappointed by how the way things go with (NO) support!
For a company that is as big as your company you are being difficult for 73 euro, iam getting frustrated about this!!! I buy a new plane with defects from mrc and you are NOT willing to help what so ever!!!I will buy from another manufacturer and I will NOT be buying at mrc anymore! Glad I didn’t wright a review yet….suspect several coming up!!!
