“Replacement parts are almost doubled FMS/Eflite, transparently done so to force a repurchase. Nobody likes recognizing coercion. If I'm given an option of buying an Eflite that has reasonable replacement prices, or a FW product that has replacement parts exceeding the value of a new purchase...obviously I'm leaning FMS/Eflite. No brainer. Example: I bought the new Vulcan, had a electronics malfunction, and needed significant replacement of fuselage etc. The total replacement exceed the value of a new plane. I bought a 70mm Viper parts package instead, used the electronics/motor from the Vulcan, and am flying a new plane for $150.00 as opposed to $300. Simple; bring your parts down to a competitor level. Lastly, all the vendors need to offer full replacement minus electronics so people can build planes, which is why I got into the hobby. If I could have bought a full package of the Vulcan minus electronics/gear for $150 bucks I would have.”
“Lost a first version of the F-18 Blue Angles on first flight in a unreachable swamp. Asshole that answered email said he could not help me without the plane. Motion knew that they had a elevator issue on that plane but nothing. I have cut back my spending at Motion by 95% since.”

Long enough that I had to assume you were gonna leave me hanging( I wanted a new wing panel or to return it)Had to repair/modify my new plane so I could use it, servos I ordered with it for flaps are also not usable(different travels and speeds). I had to take apart a servo I allready had and rewire it for rev operation.

“I still think you customer service is miserable. Buy a new plane open it and it’s damaged. Instead of replacing the part you get a fix it comment and an argument. You should probably have purchasers acknowledge your warranty policy before buying, but I’d bet sales would go down. Great models but I’m reluctant to buy again.”
