“I've ordered transmitter and receiver still haven't received it got message from a courier service had to pay £1.43 I froze my card because I thought ir t was a scam I've even had to change my bank card. If it was motion rc they should have emailed me of different courier service I don't think the payment went through so it said its going back to serplyer. To be onist the company hasn't kept me up to date with my order. PayPal said by the 6th to file some kind of what ever to get a refund. Can't understand why you keep sending me adds for planes when I haven't received my order”

“I've sent an email to y'all regarding my recent order and trying to get touch up paint as a warranty item due to how much paint was missing on aircraft before I even got it out of box but so far that email seems to have been ignored and chat has also ignored me when I ask about the email I sent.
