“Motion RC will not stand behind the warranty they promise to have with their products. I would be your biggest fan if you hadn’t offered the warranty. I love your products, but when I made a claim that was blatantly the fault of the manufacturer, you wrote me off. I will never do business with an unethical person or company. And this is the definition of unethical.”
“I spend a couple thousand dollars in aviation RC annually. I am disappointed with the purchase I made with Motion RC. The Skynetic Cub sucks. It doesn't fly, and yeah, I do fly, licensed pilot, licensed drone pilot, been flying rc for 40 years was a co-pilot on helicopters for 8 years in the Army. I contacted your customer service to get a lengthy, no. Anyway, I get it you have a business to run and novice people buying your product, crashing it and then wanting a replacement, doesn't equal profit. But, when you chose a sorry product and apply the same ole customer service response, will not equal customers. Good luck, I will hang that crappy little model in my garage to remind me not to make another purchase from you guys.”
“The measurements yall gave for the battery I ordered was wrong. Now I am stuck with a battery that will not work for my application. I paid for shipping so sending it back is not gonna happen as that would cost me yet again

“I received a broken product then had to jump through multiple hoops to file a claim. Then didn't hear back and had to call. Then was sent the replacement part and had to fix it myself!The plane ended up to be a flimsy peace of junk after all was said and done. I feel it was a waist of time and money. You have a good marketing team but lack in the customer service and follow through. Now you keep send these questionnaires and this is the third one I've filled out. Are you waiting for a different answer? Would you recommend a company like yours?

“The only recommendation I would make is that people don't use your company because of the way you accept claims on broken items. You can't just call and talk to someone. I don't mind sending pictures of a broken product I received but after waiting a week and a half to get it I still didn't hear back and had to call again. I just received the part not a replacement product. Martin was very helpful but it seems like his hands are tied to a certain extent.”
