“I purchased a Torro jagdtiger from motion rc Europe and when it arrived the recoil/firing/flashing mechanism didn’t work……. Motion rc Europe sent me a replacement mechanism…… when installed the replacement didn’t work….. upon investigation it was obvious that the replacement recoil mechanism was a used/repaired unit….the jagdtiger is currently being repaired….. I believe the correct solution to this problem would’ve been for motion Europe to send me a replacement jagdtiger and have the defective jagdtiger shipped back to motion Europe…..the shipping both ways covered by motion Europe…. This poor customer service has cost motion Europe a customer and any recommended customers….. there is a tank that I’d buy from motion Europe but I’ll wait until it’s available at some other vendor

I feel that this is poor customer service….. I would have sent the jagdtiger back but living in USA the shipping cost back to motion Europe would have piled another 100$ on a lost cause….. I hope you at motion Europe understand that I bought the jagdtiger in good faith and to be disappointed like this is unacceptable if you check your sales history you’ll find that I ‘ve purchased items from motion Europe in the past and was satisfied. The way this situation was handled by motion Europe was an insult.

Lack of glue on control horns is still a huge issue. Just lost ANOTHER Avanti due to glue issues. Customer service is terrible. Never Motions problem so I didn’t even bother to call or submit pics clearly showing a lack of glue. Used to be a good company. Spent thousands there Eflite only now. They use glue.”
