“Several times (3 exactly) I sent in a request asking about a Vietnam era plane ( DH-7 Caribou). It was a suggestion about a future plane possibly to add to your line of existing aircraft offered. Adding we keep getting remakes of existing models (P-51’s, Spitfires etc.) that so many other vendors provide as well. My complaint is I never received an acknowledgment of any kind from MotionRC about the possibilities. Disappointed not hearing a word ….. it I get constant emails about everything else from MotionRC …… go figure :(”
“Want a score of "10"? Before you discontinue an airplane go thru your sales records and notify those that purchased it that they best act quick to get a back-up aircraft including spare parts that they might need. NOBODY does this and I think that it would garner immense loyalty from hobbyists.”
“I would give you guys a 10 if you could keep an inventory of parts, and at the least making parts on order available much quicker. I'm still waiting for the nose electric retract for my T-34C. Frustrating! By the way, your prices are excellent.”
“Horizon/Spektrum BNF is hard to beat. If you could sell spektrum receivers with your planes in a bundle cost AND increase the quality of the planes you’re selling- I’d be more compelled to buy from you. I know you just sell Freewing and aren’t the manufacturer but Horizon has good quality and the prices for their bind-n-fly are very compelling. If you can’t beat them, join them. The Lemon dsmx aren’t nearly as proven as a spektrum receiver and there is no way I’m trusting one to a $200+ plane. Most of the planes I’d buy from you are over $200 up to your top edf jets. I like you and hope you keep up the good work! Admiral batteries seem to get good third party reviews so I’d buy them but haven’t yet because I’m not paying for shipping and don’t always want to spend over $100.”
“Hello, we live in Europe: This company has no possibility to pay money back in case of wrong delivery or wrong order. Very bad company police.
Quote: we cannot issue partial refunds
