“The first time I called for recommendation, the agent recommended a battery that did not fit the rc airplane. After the products were received I called for support and informed another person that the additional battery ordered wouldn't fit the compartment. He mentioned that it's the wrong battery. Would say that agent should provide correct recommendation to avoid inconvenience to customer.”
“The battleship model arrived without the set of detachable guns that cover the screws that hold the superstructure to the boat. The person helping me has stated that they will get some, but there is no ETA (and that is OK, I am patient). Since the problem is open and unresolved, it is a 5 out of 10. When the replacements arrive, it will probably move to 10/10”
““Spare Parts” Motion RC sales great Aircraft but for spare parts, well that’s a whole different story. In my opinion, spare parts for the products you sale is a huge part of customer service. Your employees are doing a great job with service but it’s hard to satisfy customers without parts on hand to complete the job of good customer service.”
“Good customer service good quality airplanes but I gave you a 5 because you never have sales on your batteries or planes and I don’t want to hear because our prices are already low because there’s other companies that sell batteries at a lower price than yours and a good quality battery and how much I don’t like Horizon Hobby because of their terrible customer service they do have sales on airplanes and you get points when you buy a plane”

“Good products but if you have a electric component fail shortly after receiving the idem, motion will not stand behind the product, sucks when you spend $300 and only get to use it a few times then it fails and that’s it.”
