Only buy new with warranty….and do your research for warranty any ease of returns…not many RC groups are to nice…PIA…for process”
“Great offering of planes, but weak on parts availability. For example, for the A-10 no availability for several of the landing gear parts…. and they are needed the most.”
“I Bought a F16 70 mm and noticed the landing gear at front was defective and was missing the c clip that holds it together. I called in a warranty and you guys sent me a screw kit instead of just sending me a new front gear assembly so i had to take my new plane apart and fight with the c clip to try to replace it myself and damaged the gear in the process then i just bought a new set myself! Instead of dealing with your warranty person. That to me is not the way to treat your customers. Thats why i give you a 5”

Negatives - 1) The written assembly instructions of the FreeWings 64mm A10 we’re poor as no mention is made of a reverse servo being required if utilising the flaps and the rest of the instructions are poor ‘chinglish’, ie using the word ‘cabins’ for ‘cables’.
This is such an easy fix it the instructions are read by Al before signing off the model for release and could of been picked up by James at MotionRC if he had built the Utube example by reading the instructions.
I think this was a missed opportunity, hence why 7/10.”

“Dropped MiG 21 and parts without notice. Can no longer count on Motion to support my models - or my friend’s model. No better than Horizon now. Pity. BTW, if you want a benchmark on how to sunset a model, look at Jan Henselit. His helicopters are expensive, he told everyone in advance that he’d be discontinuing production, but would continue parts support for 10 years. My investment in his helicopters is secure. The numbers might be different for you, the concept could be employed. If you want more input, my fee is reasonable.”
