“I would like to recommend Motion but they are a lot of times out of stock and you can't get spare parts quickly or even some planes. I realize it is probably a supply train issue.”
“I recently bought an f35 v3 and it had 2 bad servos and a bad retract! That’s just so depressing when you spend money and get subpar returns! Since I don’t have a huge hangar it’s no good!”
“The boat looks nice but haven’t had a chance to use it since it’s winter. Directions for assembly are poor , my husband was frustrated by the process, ( btw- he is an architect and handy) so cannot recommend the product.”
“There is quite a bit of competition between hobby stores in my opinion. Products I've ordered from Motionrc have been decent in quality. Sometimes there are deals/sales from their competitors that are too good to pass up.”
“Not very experienced at this point but noticed that parts for the aircraft are extremely limited and have been for a while. Not a favorable indicator as I look forward. Eventually I expect not to need them as I gain experience but for now I don’t want to be restricted because I can’t replace a broken or damaged part.”
“Your website is good and the Youtube videos are very helpful but the quality of some of the RC plane kits you sell
needs to be addressed. The EDF motor of my Freewing
F86 Saber jet was bad and the Skynetic Trainer King kit had no assembly instructions.I am new to this hobby and I guess this is normal?”
“My advice for people is to stay away from RC unless you have the budget and time. It is an expensive all consuming hobby I love dearly but I know how much it cost. 66 Airplanes, 4 Helicopters, 8 Boats, 4 cars. It's like crack for old men. Motions web site is slow and frustrating but the products and support are generally very good.”
