Got a car and it was great but their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Car be broken down for 6 weeks and they still haven't decided if they are going to repair.

Very helpful when dealing with Donna not so much before that as not given enough info and the car delivery was ok again not much to say didn't get shown over the car much and also cleanliness of the car was poor as said it was valented which clearly wasn't

Motor market/i3.finance done a great job in general just a shame the dealer/car garage was not very good to make sure the car was in a good state to be delivered just a few little problems that could’ve been sorted by them and things well the delivery company said they was going to deliver at 2 pm running late two hours then I get told at 4 it was going to be another two hours after that so it didn’t turn up till 6:30 in the evening in the end without any communication from the delivery company shame their partners that they work with let them down but in general i3 finance not too bad.people that work there are very professional

Thanks to Gurk who sorted out the delivery of my car. I'm happy to eventually have the car with me now and a great car it is. I understand i3 finance have had problems with a car delivery company who have let them down which has let customers down. I would suggest for i3 finance to communicate better with customers and update them with regards to the delivery of cars. Honestly is the best policy,but Thanks Gurk for being professional and correcting the error.

I am sorry to hear about the delivery issues, we did recently go through a stage of issues when the fuel crisis hit and our subcontractors struggled to get about. Great news your happy with Gurk he will be very happy!

Great service while choosing car, however once bought not so happy. DVLA chasing me for non payment of tax for my part exchange car, really disappointing they have not done their part of transferring my car to them. Also was told they would sainatize the car new car when dropped off but they did not so I had to do it myself. Such a shame about their after service.
