Can’t believe you send cars out that you have to put new tyres on the rear and also the rear breaks need doing within 9 days if the sale this is why I didn’t reply earlier. As for the service that was meant to have been done I am still waiting for a proper invoice not the Micky mouse one given Donna I need a reply on my complaint ASAP with the photos sent Thanks Michael Fowler

This is the worst company to ever buy a car from. Its been 3 months since I purchased car and having ongoing issues with it. I have lost many days of work, many wasted trips to garages for unconfirmed bookings from i3 finance. Purchased a Mercedes and keep having problems with the fan which then leads to the car going completely dead. For the entire 3 months I've had to face the embarrassment of asking people for jump. In the worst places , wee hrs of the morning and paying mobile mechanics to my house. Today I was meant to start a new job and got up to a dead car, I called i3 they said I should pay to get the car to Mercedes as they don't offer breakdown service. Bare in mind they know the issue has been ongoing. They then come back with an appointment with more than 5 weeks away... no further help from them. We have severe noises coming from our back tire which has never been fixed , can you imagine having to pay for something that doesn't work? They are very unprofessional in dealing with issues and do not consider people's circumstances. To date ive lost over a thound pounds in wages for days off and about to loose my job too. They've left me hanging and nothing to look forward to. This company is absolutely a waste of time , I do encourage anyone going there unless u can put it with what I've been facing last 3 months.

At beginning - just in one word perfect. Than just troubles and arogancy. Delivered car ABSOLUTELY doesn't match what was promised, hidden faults worth thousands of pounds, the insurance offered covers NOTHING! Overpriced option to buy a non-functioning wreck with no way of finding out beforehand.

Got the car delivered with tyre pressure warning light on, turns out there was a hole in the sidewall of the back tyre. 8 weeks later another warning light came on and the car got sent to 3 different garages to which no one could fix. I3 finance were not helpful at all used excuse after excuse. In the end I contacted the finance company which lent me the money and they had to fight to return the car. This took 2 months in total to get sorted. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst finance company I’ve ever dealt with. They claim to own the cars or work with partner dealers they don’t. What they do is find a car that matches what you want then approach different car dealers put a big mark up on what they are selling the car for and then sell the car to the customer. Their heavily inspected cars involves someone walking around looking at it kick the tires and not even drive the car or lift the bonnet. They put stupid terms in their contracts so car dealers can’t stand them so will not help when anything goes wrong. The cars will alwya have an extra keeper on as the dealers sign the cars to I3 instead of the customer so they hide the fact they bought the car from a 3rd party to resell. They are just bottom feeders.

Excellent service, Claire is very helpful & knows her job. I was impressed with the level of service I got very professional..I was on the road in no time, I would certainly recommend this company for finance, Outstanding service well done. I am so happy choosing this company! I just received my new car and is just brilliant! The customer service was excellent, Hasan helped me all the way from the very start, by sending me different options, cars, he quickly understood my needs and gave me the best option, the car I have now. I really appreciate what Hasan did for me, appreciate this company, and of course the delivery driver was so nice and professional. Thanks a lot all of you!

Finance the car but not happy with the car First have gear changing problem he take the car back for service gear box after 1 month send my car back still have same issue 1 tyre slow puncher from the start I go to check tyre no repairable tyre so change new tyre wind screen is broken he repaired but no mention before wind screen broken in winter all water steam is come inside not happy at all

Hi I would like to share my experience.I did received the car on 10/08/2022 and battery was flat. Viki helped me to get some mobile mechanic to fix the car unfortunately the mobile mechanic asked 170 pounds to fix everything. The car left my home for 2 days no working and I paid money to local garage to temporarily fix the problem to move the car. Viki from i3 finance paid for battery and fixed. It’s only 60 pounds difference between mobile mechanic and Halfords. The dealer promised full service and give the the car properly but I found lied. I took the local garage and I changed everything and it was another 180 pounds I paid from my pocket. Iam not here to complain the company Iam try to say not trustable. So far in 4 days 14/08/2022 too many problems.Customer service good (Shannon).

If I could use no stars I would. Absolutely awful. Purchases a car. After apprant delays in the inspections I finally got a delivery date of 4 may. Morning car was being delivered I was called to be told a warning light was on but it's fine and been reset. Car delivered with awful knocking noices. Notified you guys was told to go go a approved garage to be diagnosed. All done supplier didn't believe there was a issue so they collected the car to be taken back to be fixed. No car offered to me in the mean time. Car due back today and low and behold there are still issues that haven't been fixed. And it hasn't even been brought back to me. Was given a option of keep the car there and get it fixed with no car to use in the mean time. Or unwind finance. So now I'm left with no car and it could take up to 14 days for all this to be cancelled. All these issues should of been found when they did there mechanical inspections. So clearly isn't being done. Stay well clear

From the initial application to delivery of the car, motorlend have been great. Hassan in particular has been superb. I work night shifts in the ambulance service and he has been sensitive to this making sure to call me at times that are suitable and taken my job into consideration. Every detail has been discussed and reiterated to make sure I have been aware of every aspect of the process from start to finish. Thanks Hassan- your an asset to your company!

Absolutely over the moon Great customer service Kept informed all way though Car delived Love my new car Hasan and Ginette great people Was updated daily Kept waiting for someone to say not gone though Never believed taht I would get finance for a car but was over the moon that I did My credit is no good And I only believed all went though when my car was delivered still can’t belive it Would very much recommend this company there very helpful Careing and great to deal with Sorry I don’t really want my pic on Google so never taken a picture

Very poor app doesn’t work . Website not much better . Requested several times for more details via what’s app more details about cars, as requested to do so, but no reply. Was offered one car priced at £4775 but actually saw it on auto trader valued at £3450 . So not recommended

I got a car; the application process was good and I was happy. I left a positive review. A week into having the car it wouldn’t start and I got the RAC out. They discovered the battery was completely knackered and that there was an issue with the thermostat. I spoke to i3, a few days later they collected to video to return it to the dealer for repairs. I had to chase up the collection and the returns. Nobody kept me informed. Another week later it was returned to me. A sub par battery was used and I raised some issues about the car with the “complaints team”. I was expecting a call back but not yet had one. A week on from the vehicle being returned the engine management light has come back on, which indicates to me the necessary repairs weren’t done. I was advised that I can be assured they won’t be using that particular dealer again! That doesn’t help me paying a premium rate on a finance deal and having no use of my car for almost 3 weeks of the 5 I’ve had it. Not to mention the expense of taxis and favours whilst my car’s not in use. I’m disgusted with how my case is being handled and I’m now ready to escalate the issue or just terminate my agreement.
