“Worst experience ever!!!
My matric dance / prom is on Friday and today I went with my mom to buy jewellery at lovisa which costs about R530 and I’m from a poor family so this is a lot for me , after we went to Mr Price and I handed the bag of jewellery to my mom ( who is disabled) she had to sit down and left the jewellery next to her and then later before we left I ask her where it was but she told me she couldn’t find it . We then ran around and searched the store and asked the staff who acted nonchalant/ non responsive. I left that store with a sore heart today ( this all happened around 16:40 - 17:00 ) when we asked to check the footage, they said that they don’t have cameras in the stores , they were non responsive and did nothing, I had to ask to look at the cameras outside but they gave me some story …I reall suspect two of the workers there who helped me and my mom in the store because when this all happened they suddenly were gone .
We had to go back to Lovis to buy another set ( had to waste R530 again )
I HATE MR PRICE!!!!! This happened in Kimberley, Northern Cape today ( being Wednesday 10 of April 2024 ) at around 16:30-17:00

“I did return a pair of shoes that i bought saterdag the manager of robertson branch sad i must come back on Tuesday because she is busy now and must walk with the shoes toe see if there is a problem. No customer service did not want to help very very bad service from a manager!!!!”

“This place is constantly visited by criminals ready to steal your cellphone or wallet or what ever is at their hands from OUT YOUR BAG to steal. Nothing wrong with the service of the staff but i am asking myself if they are not cooperating. Impossible to make a place a permanent hotspot over a period of time. This happened to me 4 times in Mr Price. 3 out of the 4 times I caught the culprits myself (Believe me --So Called Ladies and elderly ones too) but the 4th time I was unsuccessful. What crime prevention does the security guard at the door offer other than preventing stolen items / clothes from the shop to be taken out. Na guys rather have some staff moving in the alleys and checking the security camera of the activities happening in the shop. This image of the mall has become a disgrace.”

This is fraud. Whom ever activated this has committed fraudulent activity on my account.
When signing for the account I agreed to account protection only.
When I took the SIM card it was for prepaid only. And I was told the more I spend on my account the more data I will get.
I would like all voice records of calls made to me and documents that were signed.
I would also like these charges to be reversed from the time it was activated to current.
These services should be cancelled with immediate effect.
