“If I could I would rate Mr Price Vosloorus a 0 star because of its absolutely horrible customer service that the staff offers to us customers. I bought a skirt at Mr Price in East Rand Mall yesterday and I didnt get a chance to fit the skirt in store so when I got home to fit my size I noticed that it wasnt sitting right, the next day (Today 03/10 /24) I went to my nearest Mr Price branch which is the one in Vosloorus to exchange as online showed that they had plenty of stock available. When I arrived I gave the lady at the door my exchange item and then i roamed the store for about 10 mins, I couldnt locate what I was looking for so I then approached a lady standing by the fitting room (her name is Samo) for assistance. I showed her the item online and she straight up told me that this item was not available in their store in black its only available in grey. I corrected her by showing her that online was showing that the item was in the store and that they had plenty of stock available. She roamed around the store for a bit before calling for assistance from her coworker to locate the item, (Athi the assistant manager) told me that if I can't find the item on the sales floor it means that it's still in boxes not displayed as yet. I should rather order online I told her that I can't do that because firstly I'm here to exchange and it's not my problem that they haven't displayed the item when it showing online because I needed it. Another coworker intervened (Joyce) saying that they had received a lot of stock that is still in boxes and if I don't mind she would take me to where the boxes were in the back so I can understand that they still have to sort out the stock and scan it into the system I told that co-worker that's still that's not my problem I'm just here to exchange. (Joyce) asked me to follow her to the back and she showed me the plenty of boxes that they still have to sort out through that's still didn't phase me I still stuck to what I wanted. (Athi the assistant manager) finally offered a solution by asking me to go on the Mr price website and get this code for them so they can locate the skirt for me. I waited another 10 minutes for them to sort out their boxes and they finally found the skirt for me. (Athi the assistant manager) drop the skirt in my hands with an attitude and walked off”
“I ordered online on the 10 September 2024 it is now 1 October 2024, I still have not received my order. All Mr price says is they will expidite my order. They don't say when I will get my order. There is no communication from them. I have to keep calling to find out. Bad service. Never buying from them again.”

I've sent several (10+) mails and every time it is the same response, it will be followed up, but they never get back to me. I was at the local store where it should've been delivered, it's been delivered to a store 60 km from where I am situated. The waybill stated my local store, but it was delivered to different store. At the store they told me weekly, next week, but next week never comes. I phone the 0800... complain number, they kept me on hold for almost 60 minutes and then just hang up. I request that the order be cancelled, and I be refunded, they cannot do that???? This is terrible experience and after service is not there, only thing I can say is never ever do a purchase online. Ridiculous, unacceptable!!!!!”

Ok the other day I decided to check mr price online via Google I got items that were beautiful and affordable when I tried to checkout using my mr price account it says I have a negative balance meanwhile my credit it's visible on the app I downloaded like what the hell is that. If you're considering opening an account, be sure, because cancelling anything later is almost impossible.
It's almost as if they want you to wait so long that you give up and end up not cancelling.
