“Worst service ever. Ordered online and long after delivery date passed, I still had not received my order. Finally canceled the order was told will only receive refund after it arrives at their warehouse. When did it even leave the warehouse coz I canceled after 2 weeks of waiting. Wish I could gv 0 star”
“Had a horrible first time experience at Mr price Capricorn on Saturday 3rd August, staff standing on their cellphones upon their doors, chewing bubblegum, guy staff member pants hanging he couldnt even walk, staff member watching tiktok on her phone, i had to approach her for assistance and not her having to pause whatever she was watching before helping me. I waited a half and hour in the store without even being assisted i was just told "we don't have".

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your Festival Mall branch, which exemplifies poor customer service.
My mother and her granddaughter visited Mr Price to purchase some clothes. When my mother attempted to pay with a R200 note, the cashier refused to accept it, claiming it had a tear and would cause her till to be unbalanced. My mother received that R200 note from an ATM earlier that morning, and when we attempted to redeposit it, the ATM accepted it without any issues.
The cashier suggested, in not so many words, that we should either withdraw another R200 note or spend the money elsewhere. This interaction was not only inconvenient but was handled with a lack of respect, especially towards an older person and pensioner.
I understand that policies need to be followed, but the manner in which the cashier and the manager addressed the situation was unacceptable. Respectful and courteous customer service should be a priority, particularly towards elderly customers.
I strongly recommend that your staff undergo comprehensive customer service training to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Due to the POPI Act, I am aware you cannot disclose personal details, but I urge you to address this internally to improve the overall customer experience.
Unfortunately, this incident has left such a negative impression that we will not be returning to Mr Price at Festival Mall.”

Your staffs are very rude and unwelcoming, making our shopping experience very bitter. From the person at door to the cashiers….and as much as I love Mr Price I told myself never again Will i set my feet there. And it’s so sad because this problem is at most if not all Mr Price store’s.

“The WhatsApp customer care number is so bad, communication is poor and they barely help with anything. They go silent without letting you know that they're busy resolving an issue, it seems like you're alone on the line. They ask if you need further assistance with anything else but they don't actually help, they even close the chat before you can enquire. That time they haven't even helped with the main issue. They are selective as to which questions they answer and if you take a little time to respond, they close the chat. I'm very upset!”
“Mr price Swakopmund - I'm really disappointed and unhappy about the service that I received I went to lay buy a few items in store but the laybye system was offline I asked one of the store stuff her name is Anna to keep my stuff for me till next day but when I came the next day the laybye system was still offline and my clothes were packed back on the floor because Anna was apparently off for the day so I got the clothes again and asked another store stuff her name is Sylvia to please keep my clothes for me and then she informed me that the laybye system will be offline till Monday and that was now Friday so I begged her literally to keep my clothes for me because I really do want them Monday morning I called the store first thing around 9:00 to inform Sylvia that I will be there to get the clothes today around 11:00 but I was informed by the staff who answered the telephone that Sylvia was off for the day I then asked the staff member to check if my clothes are there that I asked Sylvia to keep because I'm coming to buy them then she said she will have to check so I waited almost for an hour and called back again only to find out the things have been packed back again on the floor after a begged two different staff members literally to keep my stuff for me because I really want the the clothes I feel that this is really unacceptable and bad customer service because I have been shopping at Mr price for a lifetime.”
“Mr Price secunda (CBD) the staff were unprofessional.They made fun of my brother because of the way he was dressed and was brought to tears. The manager intervened but the staff lied and denied being part of any of it but we clearly witnessed their disrespect. We had to stop shopping and leave. “Hi, I ordered 4 items on the 02 June and have not received the package yet. I have access to track the parcel and the status says in transit. It’s the 17 June already and I have not received the parcel.
