“The chocolate pods arrived very promptly and the flavour is very good. Although I do enjoy the drink produced by adding hot milk, I do find the process messier than making coffee using Nespresso pods, probably because there is always some chocolate residue left in the pods which then leaks into the bin and tray, necessitating cleaning it out after every use. I will probably order more but for occasional use rather than daily.”

“Hi I'm sorry I put 2 stars on my last review, it was not my intention thank you for replying to my review I did it by mistake I just forgot to change it before I sent it off and it was the chocolate mint and the double shot pods I will leave it up to you to sort something out, once again it was not my intention to leave with a 2 star review thanks martin”

“New to my expresso machine but love the hot chocolate pods, both sugar free and normal ones. Delivery fast and with a quick reply from customer service regarding a Payment gliche. Will definitely be back.”

“I have tried numerous Nespresso compatible capsules, but they failed to impress. After trying Mugpods, I was very impressed with the quality of flavour and recommend them to all my friends. They at the best out there and a great price as well.”

“I prefer the taste of the coffee to Nespresso official pods, not quite convinced on the hot chocolate taste, I think it could be more stronger as when adding around 100ml of milk it loses that deep chocolate flavour. Maybe a Dark Chocolate version or Intense Chocolate version might be worth looking into?”

“After receiving an email on the 6th Dec 17 stating it's been dispatched, it is now New years eve and still haven't received goods Update. Having contacted company they have been extremely quick in issuing me a refund I didn't expect such prompt service on New years eve especially being a Sunday. As a company I will have no problems in trying to re order with them in the new year.”
