Our Winter Sale is now on every sofa, sofa bed, dining set and cabinet. All of our sofas and armchairs are handmade in Thetford, Norfolk and come with a 15-year guarantee, replaceable covers and choice of fabrics.

“Good sales woman in shop but was promised delivery before Christmas which is not happening. Brusque e mail. No apology. Rude head office. They take your money then treat you with contempt.”

“Showroom staff very good, delivery men ripped the two halves of sofa underneath by trying to force it through the front door.”

“The communication between store, central depts and us could have been better and I spent some time trying to get an accurate picture for delivery dates etc”

“Bought an Ellesmere dining table and 6 chairs 6 months ago as we loved the retro look and light oak for our dining kitchen. They are well built and sturdy, however, all items have changed and darkened to an orange colour within 6 months and and none have been in direct sunlight. I understand that wood mellows with age, but surely not so quickly. No longer the light oak that we both loved and thought we were buying. Very disappointed.”
