“Delighted with this service! So quick and stress free .. The mince beef is also the best I have ever tasted , not sure what we are buying from the supermarkets… could not get over the flavour in this in particular .. absolutely will be using musclefood going forward”

“Got the pre made meals and I was surprised at how tasty they were and how good the quality of ingredients are. There's no weird preservatives or any of that criac in them, just actual ingredients, very handy to make. I would recommend these to anyone to have in the freezer or fridge. I will be buying these again very soon.”

“We like to use the build a box option to tailer the products to our taste as there is a wide range of quality products to choose from. Once ordered communication with customers is excellent and delivery quick in a well packaged box. Very pleased to have found Muscle Food and it’s great to have our near for a month ready in the freezer.”
